The Original Pocono Cheesecake is a time tested recipe that has thrived through multiple generations to become a Northeast Pennsylvania staple. It has been scratch baked at our Factory location in Swiftwater, right in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, for over 40 years. In that time it has blossomed into many delicious flavors to include low sugar and gluten free options. In addition to Cheesecake we offer a variety of cookies, cupcakes, and pastries so you’re sure to be pleased with a scrumptious snack from our humble family owned bakery.
